Skill Development
The high-level and seasoned consultants of Avasthi & Associates, Inc. (A&A) Consulting Team have been involved in skill building activities (teaching training courses and conducting hands-on training workshops) for national oil companies, and other governmental agencies, as well as for oil & gas companies, around the world, since the early 1970s.
The skill building programs (training courses and hands-on training workshops) are custom-designed to meet the specific needs of the client’s personnel, taking into account their educational background and oil & gas industry experience level. These skill building programs can last several weeks. Attached below is an example skill building program that can be customized to meet the specific needs of the client.
The tables below show various training courses presently available and the usual times allotted for their presentations. All courses normally meet for seven to eight hours per workday, and problem sessions comprise about 25 to 50 percent of the class time. Detailed description of each course is available on request. These courses can be presented whenever and wherever mutually convenient.
Petroleum Reservoir Evaluation Suite of Training Courses
This suite of training courses can be given in its entirety over a period of 21 to 28 weeks, as required. Individual courses can be given as stand-alone training courses or in any combination to form a specialized training program.
