A&A LNG Process Consultants, with expertise and extensive LNG industry experience, are available to serve as subject matter experts (SME) involving all aspects of LNG process engineering work.
A&A LNG consultants evaluate A&A clients' LNG projects in the areas of:
- Process concept development,
- Process comparisons/rankings,
- Front-end engineering development (FEED), and
- Detailed engineering.
This evaluation covers various areas of LNG value chain:
- Gas Processing/Pre-Treatment,
- Liquefaction, Storage & Handling.
A&A LNG consultants evaluate all key process deliverables, including, but not limited to:
- Process design basis,
- Process simulations,
- Process flow diagrams (PFDs),
- Process descriptions,
- Heat & material balances (H&MBs),
- Piping & instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), and
- Process datasheets, piping hydraulics.
A&A LNG consultants also assist A&A clients in:
- Process Hazard Analysis (PHA),
- Hazard Operability (HAZOP),
- Layer of Protection Analysis (LOPA) reviews, and
- Process related issues with respect to regulatory approvals.
As necessary, A&A LNG consultants facilitate in:
- Pre-commissioning,
- Start-up,
- Commissioning, and
- Performance test run of the LNG facility.
In addition to providing state-of-the-art consulting services in all aspects of LNG value chain, A&A LNG consultants provide their skill-development expertise to A&A clients for skill-development of clients’ professionals in the areas of LNG value chain, whenever requested, by:
- Providing training in LNG 101: Teaching an introductory course on LNG value chain
- Introducing concepts of dynamic simulation,
- Operator training simulators (OTS), and
- Conducting customized training workshops on other topics of interest to the clients.
